My Approach

If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely your knee osteoarthritis has been holding you back from living life on your own terms. You’re not alone — osteoarthritis is one of the most common reasons people struggle to stay active and independent.

I believe knee osteoarthritis is not the end of the road. Whether you want to get back to a round of golf with friends or keep up with the grandkids, there’s so much you can do to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and feel confident in your body again. With the right guidance, structure, and accountability, change is possible — and online coaching makes that happen from the comfort of your home.

My role is to coach, guide, and support you to achieve the results you want in your day-to-day life. I use evidence-based strategies and exercise programming, adapted to your goals and lifestyle, so you can stay consistent and see progress.

I offer one-on-one coaching, structured strength, mobility, and stability programs, plus ongoing feedback and support to keep you on track.
