Your program is delivered right to you in both handy easy-to-follow video instructions and written details about your program. Descriptions of expected duration, frequency, rest periods and all the other details you will need to be successful.

Check-Ins

Using a variety of means, including regular video or voice calls, emails, and messaging I check in on how you are going. If an exercise is uncomfortable and you want to check that you are performing it correctly, or you are finding that the exercises are becoming easy and it's time to progress you, our check-ins together are our place to iron out those wrinkles.
